Hook shredders are machines with one or two shafts and a hydraulic, electrical or Diesel drive.

Hook shredders have been designed for the coarse shredding of a wide variety of waste (bulky waste, industrial waste) prior to incineration, recycling, sorting or landfill disposal.

The hooks have been designed in order to enable an easy catching of all kinds of materials.
